The delivery options for each product are listed on the relevant product pages. Each product is sent to you directly by the small business that created, designed or selected it.
Please note that personalised, bespoke and made-to-order products can take days to make depending on the product, lead times are generally shown on the product page. If you are working to a tight deadline, you can always “contact the seller” to confirm delivery date.
In addition to the production time, you also need to account for the delivery time. Our sellers choose whether to offer Tracked Express, Saturday or International delivery options. If it is a service that is not offered, you can contact the seller directly to confirm the various delivery options available.
Always check the relevant product page for accurate delivery information. By purchasing an item you agree to the stated delivery date. In the event of any change you will be notified of a revised delivery date by email.
Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notice.

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (for example, bad weather or postal strikes). If this happens the seller will contact you and, where possible and appropriate, will agree a revised delivery date with you. Once your order has been dispatched, the seller will be in touch again to let you know when to expect delivery.
